Upon first interaction, I knew he was the guy to help us build our family in our very first home. Neil proceeded on extremely short notice (Within a day) to come look at a pre-sale detached home. Neil was thorough and said, I will get the best price. We were able to obtain our home almost $50,000 less than asking price and have the funds available for other uses. Neil proceeded to ensure everything was in line prior to purchase. Neil showed attentiveness and the willingness to help.
