Neil Sharma, Man there is not enough i can say about my experience with him. Neil is very diligent, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart at all times. He is one that is not about profits but for longevity for your family and your investment. Neil and I met when he was showcasing a neighbour house. Upon first interaction, I knew he was the guy to help us build our family in our very first home. Neil proceeded on extremely short notice (Within a day) to come look at a pre-sale detached home. Neil was thorough and said, I will get the best price. We were able to obtain our home almost $50,000 less than asking price and have the funds available for other uses. Neil proceeded to ensure everything was in line prior to purchase. Neil showed attentiveness and the willingness to help. All i can say is, Neil is now my long time friend, business investor in my investment as when we sell and move on in life, I know he will be there every step of the way for the interest of my family only.
